Remote support

Use this page when someone from Hexa Piper asks you to connect. It opens a screen-sharing session so we can see your computer and help you directly.

Start remote support

1. Click Start remote support.
2. If your browser asks to download or open a small helper, allow it.
3. Stay on the page until we join. We can see your screen once the session starts.

Start a session only while you are already talking with Hexa Piper. You can close the helper at any time to end it. For a question that does not need screen sharing, send us a message.
