• Admin, manager, and accountant see this pay period on the Clock tab when payroll is on: Pending, Closed, or No hours yet, plus who is on the clock, not submitted, waiting, ready, on a draft run, and closed.
• Time waiting for approval shows paid hours. An unpaid break is listed under the shift, the same way recent time and the hours file do.

• The download file is named HexaHub. When a company turns on job-site check-in, clock in asks for a job and records whether the phone was at that site.

• The shop clock can start and end a break. A person with one branch is clocked in there without a branch list. Several branches are chosen on that person’s clock in.

• The time card PDF has Project and Branch columns, and the phone can export a CSV. Recent time and the time card show a saved clock location.
• Recent time covers 90 days and can be filtered by status. Managers see who is clocked in.
